Maras Walnut in Shell
This type is native to Kahramanmaras due to its unique aroma and taste. It is certified under the name of 'Maraş 18' by Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University Faculty of Agriculture. Maraş 18 walnuts are cultivated at an altitude of nearly 1500-1700 meters. They are of the highest quality and are demanded in the walnut markets both in and out of Turkey. They are easy to crack, creamy in colour, rich in protein, omega-3 and antioxidants, so do not deprive yourself of such a great taste.
